Meet Kinsey Flores, a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots in the Tampa Bay area and a passion for helping others feel at home. Originally from Texas, Kinsey has proudly called Tampa Bay home for the past 20 years and brings a strong sense of community and connection to every client relationship.

Kinsey earned her degree in Public Health from the University of South Florida, giving her a people-first mindset and a strong foundation in communication and service. Coming from a family of contractors and spending the last five years working for a construction software company, she offers clients valuable insight into homes, construction, and the real estate process from multiple perspectives.

When she’s not working with clients, Kinsey enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children Isla and Oliver, and their pets — two dogs, Dex and Lola, and a cat named Hissy. In her spare time, she loves reading and listening to podcasts, always looking for opportunities to learn and grow.
