Athletics have always been a major part of Fabiola's life. She began playing volleyball at the age of five and went on to compete at the collegiate level. Today, she continues to give back to the sport by coaching high school volleyball and training young athletes, helping them develop both their skills and confidence.

When she's not working with clients, Fabiola enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through CrossFit and long-distance running, a journey she began several years ago.
