17th Annual Arts, Crafts, & Blue Crab Festival - The upcoming Ozello Arts, Crafts & Blue Crab Festival takes place on Saturday. Donations are made from the profits of these festivals to several local charities which are voted upon each year. In the past, we have donated funds to: The Sanctuary, Precious Paws, CCFAP, Veterans groups, Children’s Advocacy Center, Meals on Wheels, among others; and have bought turkeys for the SOS Food Bank. Each year we also adopt a family in need, and this is in addition to our Annual Education Scholarship Fund to support graduates with ties to Ozello to pursue college or trade school, and our Christmas Toys for Tots donations. There will be over 50 artists and crafters for the show, which begins at 9am and runs until 4pm. Our three local Ozello restaurants will be on-site to provide their various delicacies - including our BLUE CRABS! Backwater Fins, The Island Outpost, and Peck’s Old Port Cove. Come spend the day in Ozello’s “old Florida” and enjoy good food and get your holiday shopping started with local arts and crafts vendors!
