Tampa Bay Strength & Fitness Expo: Athletes will feel right at home at this huge expo for all things sports and fitness. The Tampa Bay Strength and Fitness Expo will return to the beautiful Tampa Bay Convention Center this year. Over 100 vendors and exhibitors, on-site concessions, and live sports competitions to watch (which we’ll get to later) make this event a perfect way for non-athletes to dip their toes into the world of exercise and Crossfit. Tickets are available both online and at the door!
Rodeo Fest: Get ready for the rootinest, tootinest event of the Summer! Gus Trent Horse Ranch is hosting Rodeo Fest 2022. Cowboys and cowgirls from all over the United States saddle up to show off their skills at Bull Riding, Barrel Racing, Mounted Shooting, 4-Horse Relay Race, and Mutton Busting. The event starts at 6:00 pm Saturday but doors open as soon as 5:00 pm.
The Tampa Bay Games: Attention Bay area Crossfit athletes: The Tampa Bay Games of 2022 are finally here! At the center of the aforementioned Tampa Bay Strength and Fitness Expo, the games are designed for all levels of athletes from novice to expert. Exercises are created to push your fitness limits but not exceed your skill level. All weekend long compete in any of four to five individual and team events to be scored by judges.

Summer Rum & Seafood Festival: Seafood and Rum are Florida staples that deserve a celebration! The Summer Rum and Seafood Festival brought to you by the North Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce aims to do just that. 7 local distilleries and over 12 seafood vendors will set up across the Tampa Bay Premium Outlets ready to dish out some great drinks and classic festival foods (for those who may not enjoy seafood). Saturday on the Lawn: Help #CleartheShelter by adopting a new friend and family member this Saturday! Animal Welfare League is a no-kill shelter dedicated to providing the best care for the dogs and cats under their roof until they find their forever homes, no matter how long it takes. The volunteers and staff at Animal Welfare League of Charlotte County are bringing the sweet pups from the shelter outdoors to mingle with visitors in the afternoon. Their in-house pet supplies and toys giftshop will be brought outside as well!
