  • Florida Strawberry Festival: The Florida Strawberry Festival is an 11-day community event celebrating the strawberry harvest of Eastern Hillsborough County. Celebrate the sweet fruit of strawberry at this festival with a midway, concerts, animal shows, eating contests, strawberry short cake and other food items.   • Food & Wine Festival @ Busch Gardens: The popular epicurean festival returns with 110 tasty treats paired with more than 80 wines, beers and cocktails. Also, live music returns to Busch Gardens with socially distanced concerts. In addition to temperature checks and face covering requirements, crowds will be even more limited to allow for more open space and physical distancing within the festival area.   • Monster Jam @ Raymond James Stadium: Feld Entertainment brings back Scooby-Doo, Grave Digger and other enormous trucks for a Monster Jam with a different look. All concessions and merchandise sales are contactless and the audience is divided into household pods.   • Tampa Theatre Returns: After a year of COVID-related closure, Tampa Theatre reopens its doors for a public screening of The Father. Starring Anthony Hopkins, the 97-minute film watches as a father/daughter pair struggle with his declining mental state. Runs through March 21. Masks are required, temperatures will be screened at the door and social distancing is required in theater seating, lobby areas and restrooms.   • UnWINEd Yoga @ Keel & Curley Winery: This Saturday at 9 AM, visit Keel & Curley Winery and stretch out a mat to enjoy an hour of yoga surrounded by grape vines. Katie from The Koa Yoga Studio and Wildflower Yogi will be guiding a monthly 60 minute yoga practice in the vines. Enjoy a wonderful class, some fresh air, and stay to wine + dine after! Pinellas County

  • Kayak / On-Land Beach Clean Up: Do you enjoy giving back to the community by being a part of park and waterway clean ups? The Clearwater Greenies Group is looking for individuals who are interested in assisting with trash removal to help beautify Lake Bellevue, Ed Wright Park, and Ross Norton Rec Center. Bring your non-motorized vessel and join them for one of their monthly clean ups! (Those without a vessel can still join as well!) These events are family friendly, and they welcome volunteers of all ages. Kayaks are not required and on foot volunteers are more than welcome to join. For more information click here.
