  • Cracker Country Homeschool Day: Discover what life would have been like for a child growing up in a Florida farming and ranching community over 100 years ago while making your own crafts! Educators in historic dress will be on hand to welcome guests to the 1885 Carlton House, Okahumpka Depot, Terry Store, School House and more authentic structures. This family-friendly event takes place at the Florida State Fairgrounds on Friday August 7th from 10 AM - 1 PM.   • Art Spot at Tampa Museum of Art: Every Saturday from 11 AM - 2 PM at the Tampa Museum of Art, families can enjoy a free drop-in program for an afternoon full of art! Art Spot offers a free, drop-in art making activity based on current exhibitions at the Tampa Museum of Art. Facilitated by local artists and experienced art instructors, these projects are great for all ages and skill levels, and provide an introduction to the art displayed in the galleries.

  • Tampa Bar Crawl Scavenger Hunt: this interactive digital scavenger hunt will take you and your group to some of the most iconic sites throughout Tampa (including four excellent bars). Visit everywhere from a local hole in the wall to a party zone, soaking up each scene and having a blast. There's a stop for every taste with games, dancing, and funky decor plentiful.
