When navigating the home-buying or selling process, accessing accurate and up-to-date CDD information can be tricky for some. A CDD fee is one that is applicable in Community Development Districts - one where development is financed by the community and paid by the residents of said community (often included in property taxes).

Because these fees are often used for larger-scale developments i.e. golf courses, clubhouses, and swimming pools, they can sometimes run rather expensive and thus may affect your selection of a community.

Despite how influential these fees can be during the buying or selling process; access to the nitty-gritty data has been historically difficult to locate, buried in pages of inaccurate or irrelevant data. Luckily, we came across a definitive list released by the Florida Division of Community Development that contains information for over 1,500 communities across the state.

We encourage you to browse this list and find up-to-date CDD data for your community or your future home.
